Premios Eisner: "Nightwing" lidera las nominaciones al Óscar de los cómics

El cómic de Tom Taylor y Bruno Redondo está presente en cinco categorías, incluyendo mejor serie regular y mejor dibujante.

Los Premios Eisner, el equivalente a los "Óscar" en el noveno arte, galardonan año a año a lo mejor de la historieta y este miércoles se dieron a conocer a los nominados para la ceremonia de este 2022.

Ahora, podemos observar que dentro de las 32 categorías vuelve a estar el historietista chileno Gabriel Rodríguez (Sword of Ages) gracias a "Locke and Key" y el gigantesco recopilatorio "Keyhouse Compendium". El guionista y dibujante ya se llevó el prestigioso galardón en 2015 por su trabajo en "Little Nemo: Return to Slumberland" junto a Eric Shanower y el colorista chileno Nelson Dániel.

Con una marcada presencia de las editoriales DC e Image, que lideran con 15 y 14 nominaciones, respectivamente, es "Nightwing", de Tom Taylor y Bruno Redondo, que destaca como el cómic más nominado del año al estar presente en cinco categorías, incluyendo Mejor Serie Regular, Mejor Historia Unitaria, además de mejor rotulación con West Abbott y mejor dibujante y portadista con Redondo.

También sobresalen "Wonder Woman Historia: The Amazons" con cuatro nominaciones y "Destroy All Monsters" con tres, además de las 11 nominaciones para Fantagraphics y las tres nominaciones que recibió Barry Windsor-Smith con su aplaudida "Monsters".

El manga no se queda atrás, destacando dos fenómenos que este 2022 están llegando al anime, "Spy x Family" de Tatsuya Endo y "Chainsaw Man" de Tatsuki Fujimoto.

Lo importante de este listado es que es una muestra de pura calidad y no se arrepentirán de poner sus manos en estas obras.

A diferencia de los últimos dos años, en que la premiación fue digital a raíz de la pandemia, este 2022 la ceremonia volverá a ser presencial en el marco de la Comic-Con de San Diego y se realizará el próximo 22 de julio.
